The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time;
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or National British holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Within Mainland UK - package and delivery is £4.50 and free on orders above £60 - ROW is dependent on weight, and will be calculated at the checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to closing down all the items/clothing sold after 18 April 2024 are non-refundable (unless faulty). We will allow size exchange within 14 days of the initial date of purchase. However, the customer is liable for all delivery/postage charges.
Any product you exchange must still have the swing tag locked and in place on the garment/item you purchased and be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Please keep the receipt.
